Frequently Asked Questions
Here you can find answers to the questions You may want to ask!.
Q: What do Kyocera Overlay Forms and 'Affordable Stationery' have to do with each other?
A: The Kyocera Overlay Form is embedded into your Kyocera FS-Series laser printer and then
you start producing 'Affordable Stationery' directly from your own printer on plain paper.
Please see the Presentation.
Q: I have a Kyocera FS-Series printer, can it be used for the overlay forms?
A: If the printer is an FS-1010/2000D or higher the forms we produce should be installable in it.
Unfortunately the earlier FS-Series printers FS-800->FS-1000 and the FS-1100->FS-1300D don't
have the memory card option built in.
Q: I love my Dot-Matrix Printer, it keeps me awake when I print invoices,
why should I replace it with a laser printer?
A: This may be a personal choice but if you want to save money and have more
professional presentation of your Company through your invoices then a laser printer is the
only choice. As far as something to keep you awake, well, I can't help you with that.
Q: I can't use the back button on my Web Browser, what's happening?
A: The site utilises a very small script for dynamic resizing of all the pages to correspond
with your monitor resolution, unfortunately it makes the back button unuseable, but, there
are links to every page on every page so you can just click on the menu to get where you want.
Q: I don't know what a slideshow is, but when I click on it nothing happens, why?
A: The slideshows for Overlay Form Examples and the Presentation for Overlay Forms
both make use of cookies, which will let the next page know how long to show for. If nothing
happens when you click on it then you may have cookies disabled or if you get a prompt asking
if you want to accept the cookie and you choose not too the slideshows won't work either.
To use the slideshow cookies must be enabled and/or accepted. NB:You can use the 'Start'
and 'Next' links to manually view each page.
