About Us Here you can find out about us! Computer Diagnostic Services, the name, was derived from a combination of meanings. Computer obviously means we deal with computer problems (although Intel x86 IBM Compatible related originally we've begun branching out to other architectures). Diagnostic means we will attempt to diagnose the fault before doing any alterations and with extreme care we will use the diagnosis to repair the fault without disruption to your data. Services means we do more than one part of the job, as in plural. We diagnose faults in hardware, software and peripherals. We also repair or replace hardware, re-configure or re-install software and service or replace peripherals. On top of this we also sell well known, reliable hardware and peripherals to existing customers. We are resellers, but we only sell to our existing customers as part of the service and as such do not sell any hardware or peripherals to the general public without some sort of prior service interest, whether system repairs or Kyocera overlay form creation and/or manipulation.
